Who looks after your data

This website (chefvitorjover.com.br) belongs to Vitor Jover — 44.662.951 VITOR JULIO LEAL JOVER, CNPJ (Brazilian company number) 44.662.951/0001-00, based in Armação dos Búzios (RJ), Brazil. He is the controller of the data processed here, under Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018, the LGPD).

For any matter regarding your data, write to vitor.jover@gmail.com or message +55 22 99887-7715 on WhatsApp.

The form and WhatsApp

The contact form sends nothing to this website and does not store what you write. When you tap “Continue on WhatsApp”, it opens WhatsApp with the message already written — and it only reaches Vitor if you send it.

What you send (name, contact, occasion, date, place, number of guests and what you would like for the occasion) is used to reply and prepare the proposal, on the basis of the steps that precede a contract (LGPD, art. 7, V). This data is kept for as long as it is needed for the conversation and any resulting service, or for the period required by law. On WhatsApp, the app’s own terms and privacy policy also apply.

Technical access data

The website is hosted by Cloudflare and only works over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). As with any website, each visit passes through servers that receive technical data — IP address, browser and page requested — to deliver the pages and protect them against attacks. This processing is based on the legitimate interest of keeping the website working and secure (LGPD, art. 7, IX) and follows Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Analytics, only with your permission

If you accept in the cookie notice, the website uses the tools below to understand how it is visited and fix what does not work. If you decline, none of them is loaded. The legal basis is your consent (LGPD, art. 7, I), which you can withdraw at any time under “Cookies”, in the footer.

  • Google Analytics 4, by Google: pages viewed, where the visit came from, type of device and browser, approximate city, and clicks on links and buttons. Google Analytics does not log or store IP addresses. The data is kept for 14 months.
  • Microsoft Clarity, by Microsoft: clicks, scrolling, mouse movements and recordings of the visit, which become heatmaps. What you type into the form fields is never recorded. Recordings are available for 30 days (a sample, for up to 9 months), and heatmaps for up to 9 months.

This data does not identify you by name: it is linked to a random code stored in your browser.

These companies may store data outside Brazil, including in the United States, with the safeguards set out in their terms (LGPD, art. 33). The data is not sold or used for advertising.

Your rights

At any time, you can ask for: confirmation that we process your data and access to it; correction of incomplete or out-of-date data; anonymisation, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data; portability; deletion of data processed with your consent; information about who it is shared with; and withdrawal of consent (LGPD, art. 18).

Just write to vitor.jover@gmail.com. You can also lodge a complaint with Brazil’s National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
